I loved the field trip! I liked being in the outdoors instead of being in the classroom. It's so much better than doing math! It really didn't feel like school when we were outside. We had certain things we had to do, but we could do them in the order we liked and still have time to free roam. Whereas in the classroom, they give you a piece of paper and you HAVE to do the work then and there.

I am suprised that I didn't get water in my boots. I almost always get water in my boots. It's so cold!!! Something I didn't find fun was, I didn't find anything - no bugs, no frogs, no salamanders. Nothing!! But, I did record things that other people found.

I noticed that we didn't find any indicator species. I am wondering if it is a vernal pool.

I think it's cool how we found a red back salamander and salamander eggs, though. There are definitely salamanders there!

YAY! I loved todays field trip! YESS!!!!! My Dad is picking up my book today! I didn't think we would actually find any eggs at the vernal pool. COOL! COOL again! It rhymes! How many times are we going there again? Also, when are we going there again? I think it's fun going there! ( Because we don't have to do math ) So I don't have any math homework! HOORAY!!!!! How many interjections do we have to do? I have done... 1..2..3..4...4 so far, I think. I think I'm going to have to replace the battery in my camera because it's not working. DARN! So I could only take like 3 pictures while I was there. Hopefully I'll get to take more next time. :)

Cool, is what I thought about the field trip today.

Wow! I thought as I realized how many way points we took on the GPS.

Holy cow! Boulter Pond is huge.

These are the three interjections that I thought about the field trip.

I really liked the video clip on interjections.

I didn't really get what interjections were. i had to watch the video like 88 times. An Interjection shows excitement or an emotion. A sentence that uses excitement could be- That field trip was so fun!! Another sentence using emotion could be- It felt weird when my boot got filled with water. I was wondering if an interjection can only be an emotion or excitement? Could it be anything else?

That field trip was so fun! I can't wait to go next time! It felt so wierd when water got in my boot. I hope next time i don't get water in my boot.
By the way Alex L, I'm surprised you said its so much better than math! You have to have your practice. It was 10:30 and he thought there was only a half hour untill 12.

I had a great time on the field trip!!! Yay!!! I am sooo excited we get to go 2 more times!!! Hooray!!! Hey, Alex L. is right. It didn't feel like a school field trip. I like it MUCH better than normal field trips!!! Phew, I am glad we changed the trip date. That would have been a disaster!!! Yeah, Alex is lucky; HE didn't get water in his boots. I found a water scavenger beetle, so I am very excited for next time!!! Maybe we'll find more things because it will be nicer out. I have to go for now so, adios!!!

Yahhh! I get to do another blog. Hey! That feild trip was awesome. I can't wait to go again!

That was a cute little video, I think with them singing it you thought about it more. I didn't think that's what interjections were, but you learn something new every day, right:]? The person that's blog has no name, you don't get interjections? I'll try to help. It's not a sentence it's a word. If I said, Hey! Don't do that! Hey would be the interjection because it's showing emotion. It's not part of the sentence it's it's own.

I liked this movie. It's very exclamatory. This is my sentence: Aww,I didn't find anything. Out of all the movies I like "Lolly, Lolly, Lolly get your adverbs here!" Unlike Alex, I got water in my boot and I walked to the bus with out 1 shoe. from Henro the Guy missing a boot

Hey, I thought that the field trip was really cool! I also thought that it is better than having to have to do work! I felt like the stress was out of me when I was not at school! I also thought that the creatures there were very hard to find! I thought that the water was very deep! Then when I saw the place I was very shocked! When I did not find any animals I was really bummed out!

Hey, I love vernal pools! Yay! I can't wait till our next vernal pool trip!!!!
The interjection video was very interesting. I think that it had cool music and nice storys. Reginald and the flu, Gereldine and Geraldo, the football game with franklin. I loved the ending "Darn! That's the end" with the little girl.
I also liked the way they set it up (the begining, the end. That kind of thing).
It was very funny in some parts!

Dang! I got water in my boots! I wish Mrs.Simonds teach us grammar like this. However, my favorite School House Rock video was the adverbs one. I must admit that half the time I can't understand what they're saying. For example the train one. I coudn't understand ONE word he said. Adios. From(the super secret spy) ******. ( I can't tell you my identity. What ever you do don't scroll down!)
